AND BEFORE THAT: The waters surrounding Alaska’s 34,000-mile coastline, including the Copper River, Kenai River, Stikine River and Yukon River.
WHAT YOU’LL LIKE: Wild Alaskan Salmon, known as the largest, sweetest, most tender of all salmon, is grilled on a delicate sheet of moist cedar, which produces a delicious smoky flavor as the moisture is pulled into the fish as it cooks.
WHAT TO EAT WITH IT: Cedar Plank Wild Alaskan Salmon is served with fresh seasonal vegetables and any one of our delicious Awesome Sides.
AND THE SAUCE: The fish is encrusted with a light chorizo breading and topped with warm citrus butter.
